Raspberry Dressing
Salad Vinaigrette
  1. 1 cup In A Jam Raspberry Jam
  2. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  4. 3/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  5. 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
  6. 1/2 cup water
  1. Combine jam, vinegar, mustard and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until blended.
  2. Gradually add oil, then water, while whisking. Continue whisking until fully emulsified.
