- 1 cup In A Jam Raspberry Jam
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine jam, vinegar, mustard and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until blended.
- Gradually add oil, then water, while whisking. Continue whisking until fully emulsified.
